Tell us about your role at the Byron Community Centre? My role works closely, let's say as right hand to the General Managerand Management Team. I wear many hats, from HR and financial oversight to contractor management and policy creation. Working with the great admin staff team, to streamline processes and manage finances. Plus, oversee insurance claims, contractors and strategic grants. Safety management, policy updates, building maintenance and networking with stakeholders are also part of the role.

What’s the most inspiring part of your job? It's a dynamic role with plenty of variety and diverse responsibilities that keep it interesting! I love working with people who have a shared sense of purpose and are passionate about making a difference for the community.
