How can you help Byron's homeless?

Community taking care of community
Responding to the housing crisis, Byron Community Centre and Creative Capital joined forces in 2021 to reopen Fletcher Street Cottage in as a hub for Byron's most vulnerable.
Previously run as a drop-in centre for people experiencing homelessness, the cottage had been closed since 2017 due to a lack of funding, and was reopened in April 2022 to provide homeless services and support.
