Fletcher Street Cottage is a welcoming, safe and respectful space in the heart of Byron Bay where people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness can come to enjoy simple, practical relief opportunities, find meaningful connections and access broader support.

Get Expert Help with Your Tax Return
An experienced and friendly Tax Help volunteer is available for eligible individuals needing tax assistance. We offer free Tax Help from July to October 2024.
We offer counselling sessions to support our community and carers. All sessions are confidential and held by professionally trained counsellors. Each session is for an hour and can be done via phone or Zoom, and in certain circumstances in person. We offer free sessions for those in financial constraints, and move to sliding scale sessions from $30 to $70 for those with more capacity to pay for this service.
