Join us for a rejuvenating Chair Yoga course in Byron Bay, held every Friday from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Community Cabin on Carlyle Street. This 5-week course runs from 17January 2025 and is designed to enhance your flexibility, balance, and strength while providing numerous health benefits.

Chair Yoga incorporates meditation, relaxation, and breath work, making it a comprehensive wellness practice suitable for all levels. After each class, enjoy a free morning tea and connect with fellow participants.
