Storytelling Performance by Talia Levy! This is a new creative and imaginative offering for Byron Seniors Club. All locals aged 55+ are welcome.
Talia Levy, a talented local storytelling performer, mentor and educator, will join us to share the timeless magic of storytelling. We’ve invited her to host two intimate taster sessions where you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy her captivating tales. These sessions will be held in our upstairs meeting room and will transport you to far-off lands, enchanted forests and the mythical worlds of folklore.
Storytelling is as old as humanity itself, reconnecting us with our roots and reigniting the joy of imagination. Traditional folk and fairy tales have a special power to enchant, inspire and awaken forgotten parts of ourselves.
While these sessions are all about listening and enjoying, we’re considering future workshops and listening circles where you’ll have the opportunity to get creative - perhaps even crafting and sharing your own stories.
As with all our new taster sessions, if you’re even a little bit curious, please come along and provide us with some feedback - these sessions are for you, and we’d love to hear what you think!
This is a FREE EVENT but bookings are required to confirm your place. You can book to come to both sessions or just one, it's up to you.
Session 1: Monday February 24th
Session 2: Monday March 3rd
