It’s a kind of fermented drinking vinegar concentrate that we make using locally grown, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices, herbs (that we mostly grow ourselves) and organic apple cider vinegar. We have a lot of seasonal flavours. We offer free tastings as many people have never had a shrub before. The term shrub (if you are wondering) dates back to the middle ages when these tonics were used as medicine. Ours are used to make delicious drinks at home (like a cordial).
