Melbourne born powerhouse vocalist kellie knight has been making waves in the australian soul and jazz scene with her latest project “kellie knight and the daze” who fuse old school funk, soul groove and catchy pop licks with songs that intertwine a conscious lyric and smoke and whisky vocal.
Having spent many years travelling the globe as a solo artist, including a two year stint in Sanfransisco and half year studying vocal in India she finally settled in her home town of Byron Bay, where she enhanced her appreciation of Jazz vocal by attending the Conservatorium of Music in The Northern Rivers NSW area.
