**EVENT POSTPONED** Come Cry With Me presented by Laura Ansell

Come Cry With Me presented by Laura Ansell at Byron Theatre

“Laura is taking freedom to a staggering new height when it comes to what we learn about our emotional and physical body. In a world filled with either suffering and torment or love and light, Laura destroys all these concepts and forces you up to a level higher than you even knew you had.”

About Laura:

From a young age, I could see the suffering that so many people carried around with them day after day and as an empath, I gradually became inspired to do what I could to help. However, I didn’t want to help to make them happier, I wanted to help them accept that they have emotions and to no longer judge them but to use them for empowerment.

After working for 6 years in the field of past life regression, childhood regression and shadow work, I soon became fluent in being able to read the energy fields and timelines in every individual I worked with until I fine tuned my modality. After working with over seven thousand people, I noticed how so many of us either didn’t let ourselves feel our emotions or if we did, we judged them. So many people were coming to me telling me that they weren’t manifesting a better life and were trying to stay as positive and happy as possible but what does this mean when they feel something else? My clients were riddled with shame. They felt guilty for having a problem and felt like a burden to ask for help and so many were beating themselves up for feeling anything other than ‘positive vibes’

Come Cry With Me:

I am here to invite you to a 2 hour talk about our emotions, how powerful they all are and how we can only create the life we want when we feel everything. This means manifesting through the joy of sadness, depression and shame, through the joy of anger and frustration and all the other emotions in between.

This talk is to invite you to open yourself up to living the true authentic you through all your emotions because after all, if you only live with half of your emotions you’ll only be living half of your life.
