Mt Warning “Midnight Dawn” – Created to soundtrack the sunrise, Midnight Dawn is the call to arms to persevere through the day, to carve your own party, the beginning of the journey to the end.

The Radar – How do you get your photos out of a speed-camera box? You certainly should not count on the help of Fender and Baguette, and even less on Jose, the Gypsy. As for the police, they’re busy dealing with…ravens!

The Crossing – Two young Australians set off on the adventure of a lifetime. The pair attempted to drag their home made kayaks more than 1000 kilometres across a remote island in the arctic, resulting in disaster. They battled freezing temperatures, knee-deep mud, razor-sharp rocks, got chased by wolves and hid from polar bears. The film is an insight into the minds of two young adventurers biting off far more than they can chew. An antidote to a world of instant gratification, showing that you can achieve anything – but sometimes there ain’t no easy way.For more information Byron Bay Film Festival (BBFF)
